The Shipment Resolution Support Representative will address delivery issues and handle return shipments at our Dartmouth, NS terminal. Collaborate with both internal and external partners to enhance operational efficiency. Ideal candidates will possess strong knowledge of operations management, shipping, and customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact customers to obtain package information
• Scan, sort, and process undelivered freight
• Prepare packages for redelivery and inspection
• Use Salesforce for tracking shipments and managing cases
• Audit arrival logs and communicate delays
Requirements:
• 3 months customer service experience required
• Strong skills in operations planning and procedures
• Physical capability to lift 70 pounds
• Proficiency in English for effective communication
• Capacity to remain active, including walking and standing
