This position demands a minimum of 3 years' experience in client relations, hospitality, or related fields. You will play a crucial role in gathering client feedback, coordinating workshops, and managing CRM systems to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support client onboarding and offboarding processes

• Coordinate events, workshops, and community-building initiatives

• Maintain CRM systems and record client interactions

• Respond to client inquiries and service requests

• Monitor client engagement metrics and prepare reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer experience management

• Strong customer service orientation

• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
