We are a busy and established family-oriented practicelocatedin the heart of Downtown Dartmouth, conveniently on a major bus route and across the street from the ferry terminal, making us easy tolocateand close to many great restaurants and parks.
Schedule:- Full time.
- Monday - Friday.
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- No evenings or weekends.

- Welcome andassistpatients upon arrival, creating a warm and positive first impression.
- Optimizethe daily appointment schedule to ensure fullutilizationwith minimal gaps.
- Effectively manage the recall system andmaintainaccurate, up-to-date patient records.
- Handle incoming patient calls and inquiries, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, and cancellations.
- Process referral letters and other patient correspondence from providers; organize, manage, and file all patient records and charts.
- Proactively manage potential cancellations and address objections to encourage patients to keep their appointments.
- Complete patient billing following treatment, process payments,submit insurance claims, and respond to fee inquiries in a professional and positive manner.
- Minimum 1 year of Dental Administrationexperienceisrequired.
- Experience with Abledent dental software programs is required.
- Clinical background is considered anasset.
