Position: Medical Lab Technology Faculty Role
Contribute your expertise as a Faculty member in the Medical Lab Technology program iver practical and theoretical instruction while engaging a diverse group of learners in hybrid learning environments.
As part of the School of Health and Human Services, you’ll be responsible for teaching, assessing, and utilizing innovative educational methods. You’ll design educational experiences using technologies like Learning Management Systems and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. This program embraces multiple delivery modes, allowing flexibility in your teaching approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction in Medical Lab Technology courses

• Design engaging learning experiences for students

• Enforce health and safety practices in labs

• Stay updated on industry trends and teaching methods

• Advise students and support program marketing initiatives
Requirements:

• Medical Laboratory Technologist diploma required

• Minimum of five years clinical lab experience

• Proven skills in digital teaching environments

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to equity and lifelong learning
