Voice and Piano Lessons Teacher

Become a Lessons Teacher at Long & McQuade in Dartmouth, NS, focusing on voice and piano. This contract role requires teaching flexibility across weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

As a part of our independent contractor team, you will conduct lessons in an engaging environment at our Lesson Centre. The opportunity allows you to share your passion for music and use your skills to teach piano and voice to students of all ages, ensuring they achieve their musical goals through structured learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide music lessons in piano and voice

• Develop lesson plans suited to individual student needs

• Utilize proven teaching methods in both private and group lessons

Requirements:

• Music degree or diploma from an accredited institution

• Minimum Grade 8 RCM standing with Grade 2 Rudiments

• Previous teaching experience with diverse age groups

• Strong knowledge of effective teaching methods

• Ability to work flexible hours on weekdays, weeknights, or weekends
