NSCC School Manager, Access and Business Programs

Become the School Manager for NSCC's School of Access, Business, Creative Industries & Education in Halifax. This full-time opportunity focuses on leadership in program development and strategic partnerships.

You will be responsible for the direction of programming within Business Administration and related fields, contributing to the development and evaluation of programs that meet industry needs. Working closely with stakeholders, you will ensure relevant and current offerings while inspiring teams to support educational pathways for diverse populations.

Your role will also involve leading applied research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative programming in Business and Education

• Foster relationships with industry partners and stakeholders

• Guide curriculum and program evaluations for improvement

• Collaborate with College leadership on strategic initiatives

• Lead projects that support marginalized communities

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree with advanced degrees seen as an asset

• 7 years of occupational leadership experience

• Familiarity with project management principles

• Strong technical and communication skills

• Valid driver's license for local travel
