You will play a vital role in integrating and delivering combat systems across their lifecycle. Your leadership will encompass risk management, planning, and execution, while actively participating in the Combat Systems Working Group. Collaborating closely with diverse teams and stakeholders will be crucial in addressing complex design challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make high-stakes decisions for structural integrity and safety
• Analyze and resolve technical system design issues
• Manage planning and delivery within set budgets
• Supervise performance tracking and risk mitigation
• Coordinate Combat Systems Working Group activities
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering;
Master’s and P.Eng. are advantages
• 7-10 years in shipbuilding or defense sectors
• Strong systems engineering and combat systems knowledge
• Proven experience managing complex stakeholder interactions
• CAM/EVMS experience preferred
