Position: Senior Systems Engineer for Naval Defense
Lead innovative systems engineering projects for Ultra Maritime in the Anti-Submarine Warfare domain.

Your role drives complex problem-solving under tight constraints while ensuring quality and compliance.
As a Senior Systems Engineer II, you will spearhead interdisciplinary teams and manage smaller to medium-sized engineering projects. Your extensive knowledge will influence technical decisions and the development of integrated systems. This position requires experience managing requirements, trade studies, and integration strategies while staying current with technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions under time, cost, and quality constraints

• Support technical proposal efforts in bids

• Manage system and subsystem requirements

• Lead design through functional and non-functional analysis

• Conduct technical reviews and assist in risk management
Requirements:

• 9+ years experience in Systems Engineering

• Degree in Systems or Electrical Engineering

• Familiarity with EMI/EMC standards

• Security clearance eligibility

• Experience with sonar systems and naval applications
