In this senior role, you will serve as the Technical Authority in naval architecture, overseeing complex engineering deliverables and supporting critical shipyard operations. Your mentorship will empower the Hull Engineering team while driving process improvements within ship design and construction methods. Engage directly with internal and external stakeholders to provide essential technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering tasks within your scope

• Support stakeholders with technical guidance

• Develop engineering deliverables and subcontractor work statements

• Review and assess technical outputs from engineers

• Drive risk identification and mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 15 years in ship design/construction

• Expertise in naval architecture principles and design

• Knowledge of maritime regulations and standards

• Demonstrated experience as technical owner
