This hybrid role focuses on preparing docking specifications, executing structural surveys, and developing work packages for ship repairs. Candidates should possess an extensive background in marine technology and project management with proven skills in writing and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review docking specifications and work packages.

• Execute periodic and pre-docking structural surveys.

• Document defects and prepare structural survey reports.

• Draft repair specifications for coatings and preservation.

• Support continuous improvement using lessons learned.

Requirements:

• 8 years of marine/offshore sector experience.

• Experience as a Marine Surveyor or with Royal Canadian Navy.

• Minimum five years in vessel surveying or maintenance.

• Excellent communication skills are essential.

• Eligibility for Canadian Controlled Goods Program clearance.
