You’ll collaborate with Program Managers and other stakeholders to create and maintain detailed project schedules. This pivotal position will require your knowledge of scheduling methodologies and your ability to perform variance analysis. Your work will directly impact naval missions, highlighting the importance of your organizational skills and MS Project experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and oversee Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Conduct schedule variance and resource analysis
• Liaise with project teams to resolve schedule issues
• Provide support for program governance activities
• Develop custom views and reports as needed
Requirements:
• Technical degree/diploma required
• 3+ years scheduling experience in electronics/aerospace
• Capability to obtain security clearances
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
