Position: Senior Engineer for Naval Combat Systems
Elevate technical integration in naval operations as a Senior Combat Systems Engineer for the River Class Destroyer project. Focus on design, testing, and system oversight in defense.

This role offers an opportunity to impact Canada’s defense strategies directly, providing high-level technical oversight and leading collaborative initiatives within the Combat Systems Team. You should possess solid experience in naval combat systems, particularly in integration and stakeholder management, to address complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate major Working Group activities with stakeholders

• Serve as primary liaison for PMO, RCN, and teams

• Guide system design, development, and testing

• Address complex technical issues with partners

• Ensure technical deliverables align with program standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent

• Professional Engineer designation essential

• Minimum 15 years in defense engineering

• Knowledge of maritime Combat Systems lifecycle

• Background in shipbuilding production environments
