Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from initiation through to implementation

• Conduct detailed process analysis and time studies

• Implement sustainable methods to reduce waste and enhance output

• Utilize statistical tools for performance evaluation

• Facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field

• 5–10 years in process engineering and operational excellence

• Experience with data visualization tools

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
