Syntra Refining Corp., a leader in advanced technology for critical mineral processing, is seeking a Senior Chemical Process Engineer. This pivotal role requires expertise in chemical engineering, focusing on scaling operations and leading teams to integrate Syn Core technology effectively. You will bridge communication between various engineering disciplines to ensure seamless implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee process scale-up from pilot to commercial operations

• Collaborate across teams for smooth system integration

• Support EPCM firms in applying workflows for compliance

• Develop standard operating procedures and safety protocols

• Identify and resolve scaling challenges in fluid dynamics
Requirements:

• Eligible for P.Eng registration preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering;
Master’s preferred

• 8+ years in industrial processing and chemical refining

• Experience transitioning processes from TRL 7 to 9

• Strong leadership skills and project management awareness
