As the Technical Planner, you will support the construction service team under direct supervision. Your tasks will involve conducting site meetings, reviewing development plans, and producing estimates for customer proposals. You'll also work on regulatory compliance to secure permits, significantly impacting the overall project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Host site meetings with clients for facility location
• Analyze development drawings and integrate infrastructure designs
• Create service line cost estimates and proposals
• Manage regulatory applications to obtain permits
• Provide field support and respond to crew requests
Requirements:
• Technical diploma in a relevant field is essential
• Flexible in hybrid working environments with a company vehicle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and technical skills
• A valid Class 5 Driver's License mandatory
