Calgary Intermediate Land Coordinator

Position: Calgary Intermediate Land Coordinator Role
Drive land engagement initiatives as an Intermediate Land Coordinator in Calgary, AB. Focus on strategic planning and land acquisition for essential Projects in a collaborative environment.

This 2-year contract offers a chance to work closely with internal and external stakeholders, managing landowner relationships, compliance, and operational strategies. You'll report to the Manager of Land Operations Projects, ensuring that land activities align with regulatory and company procedures while mitigating risks associated with land acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate landowner engagement strategies and activities

• Analyze project constraints and develop solutions

• Lead communication with multidisciplinary project teams

• Manage costs and oversight for third-party land services

• Contribute to the improvement of land processes

Requirements:

• At least 6 years in land roles, preferably in energy

• Demonstrated leadership and coordination experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with Canadian land regulations

• PMP certification is a plus
