Become a Material Testing Technician with WSP in Atlantic Canada, conducting essential tests and analysis to advance construction material development.

WSP’s Materials Engineering Team is expanding, and we need dedicated Laboratory and Field Technicians. In this engaging role, you'll perform a variety of tests on materials, manage samples safely, and maintain testing equipment. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams will be key to providing insights and ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct rigorously detailed tests on various materials

• Operate laboratory equipment and ensure reliable measurements

• Safely handle and dispose of material samples

• Analyze and report on experimental data

• Work closely with engineers and researchers for project collaboration

Requirements:

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with proficiency in lab techniques

• Willing to engage in both field and office work

• Solid understanding of health and safety protocols

• Light to moderate lifting may be needed
