Position: Senior Estimator for Cherubini Projects

This role reports to the Chief Estimator and involves preparing comprehensive cost analyses, evaluating project demands, and identifying potential risks. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze drawings and tender packages for scope

• Create detailed labour calculations and cost estimates

• Coordinate proposal development and documentation

• Assess pricing from suppliers and subcontractors

• Monitor risks and outline cost drivers

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience within custom fabrication

• Strong background in structural steel and bridge projects

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar

• Expertise in tendering procedures and bid preparation

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
