In the Energy subsector of WSP’s Energy, Resources & Industry, the Senior Mechanical Engineer will lead mechanical design efforts aimed at enhancing power generation. Combine 15+ years of engineering experience in an EPCM setting with your professional licensure to drive project success and provide mentorship. Collaborate with diverse teams to address engineering challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design efforts for mechanical systems in energy projects
• Evaluate and implement engineering codes and techniques
• Execute complex design calculations and analyses
• Develop detailed P&IDs for various systems
• Craft scopes of work for mechanical installations
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
• 15+ years' experience in power generation
• Active Professional Engineer license
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Microstation
• Ability to guide and mentor junior engineers
Shape the direction of renewable energy initiatives through technical leadership and strategic engineering.
