Position: Senior Systems Engineer at Ultra Maritime

As a key member of a multidisciplinary project team, you will leverage your extensive engineering skills to develop critical capabilities for the Royal Canadian Navy. Your responsibilities will span system design, technical proposals, and conducting trade studies to support effective solutions. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage requirements and foster continuous improvement in the field of systems engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions for complex engineering problems

• Manage system and subsystem requirements effectively

• Lead technical proposal efforts and bids

• Oversee integration, verification, and validation strategies

• Conduct technical/design reviews and risk assessments

Requirements:

• 6+ years in Systems Engineering within defense

• Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering lifecycle

• Experience with stakeholders across project life cycles

• Must maintain security clearance

• Familiarity with Military Standards, especially EMI/EMC
