Drive impactful coastal engineering projects as a Lead Coastal Engineer. Leverage your expertise in coastal modelling and hydrodynamics to support marine infrastructure development.
This senior role requires leadership in executing coastal modelling studies and developing advanced hydrodynamic and wave models. You will perform analyses on wave runup, over topping, and flooding, while also supporting multi-disciplinary engineering teams. Mentoring junior staff and leading business proposals will be key aspects of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead coastal modelling studies with precision
• Develop hydrodynamic and wave models for projects
• Perform thorough wave runup and flooding analyses
• Support the design of marine and coastal structures
• Interpret critical metocean and climate data
Requirements:
• Master's or PhD in Civil or Coastal Engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation required
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Expertise in numerical modelling software like MIKE
21
• Proven project experience in coastal and marine infrastructure
Utilize your technical skills in coastal modelling and project management for impactful marine engineering.
