Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate new wire harness designs for production suitability

• Estimate costs, production times, and staffing needs

• Lead transition from design to manufacturing processes

• Design and implement new assembly processes

• Develop and update work instructions and technical documents

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years in Manufacturing Engineering

• Proficiency in factory layout and production line setup

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies

• Background in Aerospace and Defense Electronics assembly

• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
