Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on new product designs for production feasibility
• Implement process improvements through continuous methodologies
• Conduct root cause analysis for process failures
• Balance production lines and enhance layouts
• Develop and standardize work instructions for product builds
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline
• Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer
• Eligibility for Canadian security clearance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
