Support vital naval projects at Ultra Maritime as a Program Scheduler. Play a key role in developing Integrated Master Schedules to enhance program execution and oversight.
In this critical scheduling position, you will assist Program Managers by maintaining work breakdown structures and providing in-depth schedule analysis. Your expertise in MS Project and experience in the defense, aerospace, or electronics sectors will ensure that program milestones are met efficiently. This role demands precision and strong organizational skills to support an array of sophisticated maritime initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize project planning activities and schedules
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules
• Perform schedule variance and critical path analysis
• Coordinate with functional teams to address schedule issues
• Proactively communicate dependencies and risks
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in a technical field
• 3+ years scheduling experience in relevant industries
• Strong MS Project proficiency
• Ability to acquire NATO Secret clearance
• Excellent problem-solving skills
