As a key player reporting to the Manager of Systems Engineering, you will enhance Geo Spectrum's safety practices by ensuring reliability and conformity of products. This role is ideal for professionals with strong industry standards knowledge, particularly MIL-STD-882E, and experience with safety-critical systems in various challenging operational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage system safety artifacts like SSPP and PHA

• Act as Program Safety Manager for select initiatives

• Deliver safety-focused presentations during reviews and meetings

• Ensure documentation aligns with customer requirements

• Lead groups to implement MIL-STD-882E safety standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• 5+ years in system safety engineering

• Familiarity with and application of safety-driven design principles

• Experience conducting Fault Tree Analysis

• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
