EMC ​/ EMI Testing Specialist

ESL Labs is seeking Lab Test Specialists at various experience levels to join its expanding Design & Test team. Whether you are new to EMC/EMI testing or have substantial expertise, this role allows you to engage with cutting-edge military and aerospace standards like MIL-STD-461 and RTCA DO-160. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and work closely with engineers to support critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and lead EMC/EMI test programs

• Set up and operate various RF testing equipment

• Analyze and document complex test data

• Maintain lab operations and quality standards

• Mentor junior technicians and review test records

Requirements:

• Level 1:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Level 2: 2–4+ years of hands-on EMC/EMI lab experience

• Level 3: 5+ years of progressive EMC/EMI testing experience

• Familiarity with military standards and RF equipment

• NATO Secret Clearance required for all levels
