Position: Coastal Engineering Manager for Thales
Elevate your career with Thales as a Coastal Engineering Services Manager in Halifax, Nova Scotia. In this hybrid role, you will oversee multi-disciplined teams to support Naval engineering programs.
As part of Thales Canada, you'll manage coastal technical services for the Royal Canadian Navy’s AOPS and JSS portfolios. This senior management position involves direct client interaction, ensuring successful technical execution, and maintaining robust communications with stakeholders. Your expertise in engineering will guide operations and foster collaboration within varied teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee coastal technical presence for in-service programs

• Coordinate execution of coastal technical service activities

• Provide engineering authority within In-Service Programs

• Direct corrective maintenance and certification tasks

• Liaise with the client and Enterprise stakeholders
Requirements:

• 10 years of post-graduate engineering experience

• 5 years in a senior technical management role

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Naval Architecture

• Registered Professional Engineer in Nova Scotia

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
