Part Time Banking Customer Experience Associate

Serve TD customers in Dartmouth Crossing through accurate financial transactions and clear banking advice in a part time, onsite branch role. Use customer experience skills to support positive interactions.

As a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust, you will understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments while following procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics. The role also involves resolving concerns, promoting banking solutions, and completing business processes accurately.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
• Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities
• Promote banking solutions and complete business processes
• Recommend operational improvements supporting excellent customer experiences

• High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
• Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
• Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
• Initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Calm, courteous verbal and written communication skills
