Business Solution Consultant – Implementation (WFMgr)

ADP is hiring a Business Solution Consultant focusing on our WFMgr (Work Force Manager ) product. You will support the Major National & HRO Implementation team in Canada, leading solution development, participating in ADP project teams, and ensuring quality and timely implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of sustainable implementation solutions and procedures.
  • Support technically challenging implementations requiring “outside the box” solutions.
  • Provide advanced technical support to internal clients, troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
  • Maintain ADP Canada implementation best practices using product information, tools, and documented procedures.
  • Collaborate with Knowledge Management and Enterprise Learning teams to produce training material.
  • Participate in focus groups, product committees, and business conferences on behalf of Implementation.
  • Assist in defining client requirements and determining solutions.
  • Research best practices, define standards for client configurations, and coordinate tasks for sales order processes such as mergers, database standardisation, and migrations.
  • Operate within ADP client security and privacy guidelines.
  • Perform UAT testing on behalf of Implementation for product enhancements, new releases, defect fixes, and provide feedback to the Product team.
  • Execute technical tasks as required (e.g., EDA, Boomi, Mobile, Kiosk).
  • Implement customers as required.
  • Use Technology team escalation and ticketing processes to secure resolutions for customers and associates.
  • Prepare and deliver information sharing sessions to Implementation associates through forums such as TLM Forums and Support Chats.
  • Work with Technology & Product teams to provide input on future releases and enhancement priorities.
  • Coordinate with partners outside Implementation for organisation readiness activities.
  • Share knowledge and mentor associates through troubleshooting opportunities and day‑to‑day operational tasks.
  • Provide subject‑matter expertise to ADP partnership programs and the Implementation technical writer.
  • Participate in SIG/SIT sessions with Sales, Business Consultants, and Project Managers to define client requirements and identify potential concerns before engagement.
Qualifications & Expectations
  • Exceptional focus on client experience.
  • Superior ADP product knowledge.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Major National & HRO Implementation procedures.
  • Extensive knowledge of WFN, Autopay, Launchpad, and related tools.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in an Implementation role.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal/external clients across all organisation levels.
  • Ability to establish constructive relationships with clients, vendors, and associates.
  • Superior organisational and time‑management skills; project experience preparing schedules, tracking deliverables, and reporting status.
  • Negotiation, mediation, and facilitation skills.
  • Driven to find solutions.
  • Strong collaborative skills and team‑player mindset.
  • For Quebec candidates:
    French is required;
    English is also required.
  • Bilingual (English & French) is a bonus.
