SAP Hana, BW, SAP SAC Training Instructor and Consultant (NOC: 4021)

Location:

Victoria, BC and Dartmouth, NS, Canada (British Columbia and Nova Scotia)

Must have training experience in SAP Hana, BW, SAP SAC, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud Integration Tool, BODS, BO, Qlik View and project management.

• Train individuals and corporate customers on SAP Hana, BW, SAP SAC, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud Integration Tool, BODS, BO, Qlik View and project management.
• Develop curriculum, prepare teaching materials, and outline courses for SAP technologies.
• Teach using systematic plans of lectures, demonstrations, discussion groups, laboratory work, seminars, case studies, field assignments, and independent or group projects.
• Advise students on program curricula and career paths based on latest SAP trends.
• Prepare, administer, and mark tests and papers to evaluate student progress.
• Provide individualized tutorial or remedial instruction as needed.
• Supervise independent or group projects, field placements, laboratory work, or hands‑on training.
• Provide consultation services to students, businesses, and other organizations.
• Serve on committees concerning budgets, curriculum revision, course and program requirements.
• Develop strong relationships with trainee services to create and improve course materials and training feedback.
• Coordinate production, design, printing, binding, scheduling, and equipment for learning materials and training sessions.
• Run training of new and current employees; evaluate training effectiveness and progress.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams on requirements and deliver robust BW/HANA reports and dashboards.
• Analyze current BW systems to provide better cloud solutions.
• Use SAP Cloud Integration Tool, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP HANA Cloud for data integration tasks.
• Create SDI frameworks and complex custom hierarchies.
• Handle requirements, design, build, and test products.
• Assist customers with requirements elicitation.
• Perform Data Extraction, Transfer, Loading (ETL) using SAP BOBJ Data Services 4.0.
• Provision SAP HANA data and use SAP LT Replication Server (SLT).
• Develop SAP HANA data models using Attribute View, Analytic View, and Calculation View.
• Work on BW on HANA, creating scenarios and leveraging reporting capabilities.
• Consume SAP HANA views on IDT to deliver business layers using web intelligence; handle complex SQL joins.
• Collect business requirements and define functional and technical specifications.
• Prepare various project documentation.
• Participate in full life‑cycle implementation: ideation, requirements gathering, data modeling, mockup creation, and development.
• Set up HANA environments, add systems, create schemas, users, and roles.
• Develop column‑based tables, SQL script procedures, and loading procedures; manage data load pauses and resumes.
• Expertise in creating Attribute Views, Analytical Views, and Calculation Views using CE functions and stored procedures.

• SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP Cloud Platform
• SAP Certified Associate – SAP Activate Project Manager
• SAP Certified Application Associate – Modelling and Data Acquisition with SAP BW 7.5 powered by SAP HANA

• Master’s in Computer Science.
• Management or Administration Studies is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience as a trainer in SAP Hana, BW, SAP SAC, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud Integration Tool, BODS, BO, Qlik View, and creating high‑complexity courses.
• Strong PowerPoint skills.
• Experience in e‑Classroom training and curriculum development is an asset.
