In this role, you will oversee a single Salesforce instance across all AML entities, ensuring integration with multiple ERPs. With over 5 years in business application administration, you'll focus on user support, application training, and license optimization to enhance productivity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Salesforce instance across all AML entities
• Oversee multi-ERP administration and consolidation
• Ensure Salesforce and ERP integration integrity
• Provide timely application support for users
• Deliver training sessions for application adoption
Requirements:
• 5+ years in business application administration
• Experience with ERP migrations and CRM implementations
• Salesforce Administrator certification (or obtain within 6 months)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Business
• Canadian work authorization, remote considered
