Job Description

Join Fleetway as a Data Management Specialist and play a key role in supporting how technical data is structured, governed, and maintained across complex engineering projects. In this role, you will contribute to data management practices that ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of critical engineering information throughout the product lifecycle.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support data governance initiatives, maintain Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems such as Windchill, and help ensure compliance with regulatory and project requirements. This role is central to enabling high-quality technical data packages that support shipbuilding and engineering delivery.

We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. We welcome applications from all qualified individuals, including those from underrepresented groups, and we strive to create an environment where everyone feels respected, supported, and empowered to thrive. We encourage applicants to self-identify if they belong to an underrepresented group, as part of our commitment to equitable hiring practices and fostering a truly inclusive workforce.

If you require accommodations during the recruitment process, please let us know—we're happy to help.
