• Resolve Time and Attendance software and hardware issues

• Meet required call metrics established by your unit
Requirements:
• Fluency in both French and English
• Demonstrable experience in customer service delivery
• Understanding of hardware and network basics
• Strong organizational and detailed-oriented mindset
• Relevant post-secondary education
