As the Manager of Defence Technology Adoption and Supply Chain Development, you will design and implement COVE's innovation challenges aimed at fulfilling defence and security needs. Collaborating closely with military personnel, industry partners, and key stakeholders, your role involves facilitating technology validation, program planning, and managing essential partnerships for impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead COVE's Defence Innovation Challenges and improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with military and industry partners on operational challenges

• Develop challenge documentation and evaluation frameworks

• Facilitate technology validation and pilot activities

• Monitor and report on participant progress and milestones

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

• Minimum 7 years in defence, aerospace, or technology commercialization

• Proven experience managing complex programs and partnerships

• Knowledge of Canadian defence landscape and dual-use technologies

• Eligibility for Government of Canada security clearance
