This role is perfect for a detail-oriented Analyst with 2–4 years of experience in NOC, Systems Administration, or Network Administration. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve escalated network and server incidents

• Manage patch cycles for Windows Server OS

• Implement approved configuration changes effectively

• Monitor server performance and troubleshoot configurations

• Collaborate with SOC analysts during incidents

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in infrastructure support

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Experience with networking concepts and tools

• Solid understanding of monitoring and patch management

• Relevant certifications are highly regarded
