Position: Junior Scheduler at Irving Shipbuilding
Develop your scheduling skills with Irving Shipbuilding as a Junior Scheduler. Engage in master schedule maintenance and analysis while working in a supportive in-office environment.

This entry-level role supports the Manager of Master Scheduling by assisting with the development of integrated master schedules. Candidates will build expertise in scheduling techniques, manage progress reporting, and help evaluate potential impacts through what-if scenarios. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll drive successful program execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support schedule development and critical path analysis

• Maintain and issue progress reports to stakeholders

• Ensure multi-project schedule dependencies are implemented

• Collaborate with internal teams for project timeline coordination

• Implement project scheduling processes and baseline change requests

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or equivalent industry experience required

• 0-2 years experience in scheduling roles

• PMI Certification or PMP is an asset

• Familiarity with Primavera P6 or scheduling software

• Strong analytical and organizational skills
