This role focuses on transitioning clients to ADP Canada’s modern payroll platform. You will lead projects effectively, ensuring high standards of quality and meeting client needs. Clear communication and team collaboration will help maintain schedules and project scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll implementation processes from kickoff to go-live

• Handle client projects efficiently without assigned PMs

• Provide expert guidance throughout the upgrade

• Connect with project stakeholders for effective execution

• Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in payroll or HR implementations

• Excellent customer service and Microsoft Office skills

• Basic understanding of systems and networks

• Experience with ADP products advantageous

• Project management discipline preferred
