Position: Senior Underwriter for Agile Underwriting

In this hybrid position, you will manage a diverse portfolio of renewals, quote new business, and develop relationships that contribute to profitability. Candidates should have at least 5 years of related experience and a commitment to delivering exceptional service while meeting production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and underwrite commercial property and casualty policies

• Handle quoting and renewal negotiations efficiently

• Ensure adherence to customer service standards

• Meet monthly production targets consistently

• Implement and apply underwriting guidelines effectively

Requirements:

• 5+ years in property/casualty underwriting

• Experience with an MGA is a plus

• Achieving or working toward CIP/CAIB/CRM certification

• Exceptional time and organizational management skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong broker relationships
