Position: Manager, Supply Chain Development at COVE
Elevate supply chain capabilities at COVE in Dartmouth, NS. As Manager of Supply Chain Development, you will spearhead programs that enhance technology adoption and operational readiness.

This role reports to the Director of Venture Growth and is critical for designing and implementing innovation challenges that foster the utilization of emerging technologies. You will actively strengthen Canada’s innovation ecosystem by developing essential partnerships and supporting SMEs in navigating the complexities of supply chains. Your contributions will ensure that Canadian innovations reach global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage design and improvement of innovation challenges

• Identify operational challenges with key stakeholders

• Create challenge documentation and evaluate criteria

• Lead technology validation and operational capacity tests

• Engage with companies on milestone progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• 7 years of experience in technology or supply chain

• Proven program management skills across multiple sectors

• Understanding of Canadian SMEs' operational challenges

• Ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders
