As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will directly support the Property Manager through a variety of maintenance tasks aimed at sustaining property quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Own and utilize personal hand and power tools

• Complete maintenance work orders on time

• Renovate units and common areas to high standards

• Handle minor plumbing and electrical tasks

• Conduct regular cleanliness and exterior maintenance

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance-related experience

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Must hold a valid Ontario G driver’s license

• Ability to manage on-call duties and emergencies

• Capacity to lift 50 lbs effectively
