Position: Maintenance Supervisor for HRCE Schools

This position plays a crucial role in the oversight of facilities within the HRCE. You will be responsible for safety systems, including fire safety and security, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure operational safety across identified schools

• Supervise and lead maintenance teams effectively

• Administer HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Maintain regulatory compliance and conduct assessments

• Develop and implement best maintenance practices

Requirements:

• Five years of experience in facilities maintenance

• Supervisory experience of at least five years

• Relevant college or university education required

• Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

• Must possess a valid Nova Scotia driver’s license
