This full-time position supports year-round facility operations at Armour's Dartmouth terminal. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and physically capable. Responsibilities include snow and ice management during winter and grounds care, pressure washing, and shop maintenance from spring through fall.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas

• Apply de-icing materials as needed for safety

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

• Perform lawn care and maintain yard cleanliness

• Operate pressure washers and mobile cleaning units

Requirements:

• 1 year of relevant experience preferred

• Physically able for 8-10 hour workdays

• Must own steel-toe work boots

• Valid, clean driver's license required

• Reliable transportation to and from work
