Key Responsibilities:

• Complete maintenance work orders promptly and professionally

• Address resident service requests within 24 hours

• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks effectively

• Repair and prepare occupied and vacant units

• Maintain property cleanliness and curb appeal

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience

• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License

• Knowledge of tenancy legislation is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
