Position: Janitorial & Cleaning Technician Role
We are seeking a Mobile Projects Technician dedicated to floor care. Focus on auto scrubbing, stripping, and waxing while working at multiple sites around Fredericton.

This role involves taking charge of special cleaning projects where you will maintain high cleanliness standards across various locations. A valid Class-5 driver's license and the ability to travel to pick up equipment are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct auto scrubbing of various floor types

• Strip and wax VCT and tile floors properly

• Achieve a high shine through burnishing

• Safely operate cleaning machinery and equipment

• Travel as scheduled to different client sites

Requirements:

• Experience in stripping, waxing, and auto scrubbing is beneficial

• Valid Class-5 driver’s license is mandatory

• Reliable transportation is necessary for job

• Physically fit for tasks requiring lifting and standing

• Independent, detail-oriented individual
