We are looking for a diligent custodian for overnight Saturday shifts in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, focused on maintaining a pristine environment. Your reliability and attention to detail will enhance hygiene and cleanliness.
This role is for a custodian working Saturdays from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, responsible for cleaning and sanitizing various areas including floors and washrooms. You'll also manage garbage disposal and support light maintenance tasks as needed, all while adhering to health and safety standards. Your dependable nature and ability to work independently will contribute significantly to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize floors and common areas
• Empty waste and recycling bins effectively
• Carry out light maintenance and report necessary repairs
• Follow all health and safety protocols
Requirements:
• Dependable and detail-focused individual
• Ability to work independently with initiative
• Physically capable of bending, standing, and lifting
• Prior custodial experience preferred
• Background check may be required
