Position: Production Scheduler at Ultra Maritime

In this critical role, you will oversee the master production schedule, ensuring that projects meet delivery timelines through effective resource forecasting. Collaborating cross-functionally within the Operations team, you will analyze constraints, identify critical paths, and leverage planning tools to enhance scheduling efficiency. Your input will be vital for the success of programs within Ultra's diverse offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and maintain the master production schedule

• Highlight critical paths and recommend changes proactively

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Management teams

• Provide weekly status and progress updates

• Analyze current processes for resource capacity forecasting

Requirements:

• 5+ years in production scheduling within manufacturing

• Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering or similar

• Proficient in Microsoft Project and ERP systems

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to obtain Canadian government security clearance
