Advantage Personnel is hiring on behalf of our client, a growing electronics manufacturer in Dartmouth, for an Electronics Assembler with soldering experience. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who excels at fine‑detail work, follows technical instructions precisely, and takes pride in assembling dependable, high‑quality electronic components.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Gather components, tools, and materials needed for each assembly task
• Take precise measurements to ensure all parts meet specifications
• Select, modify, align, and assemble parts to build complex electronic units
• Use soldering techniques - manual or machine-assisted to achieve accurate assembly
• Maintain equipment, tools, and workspace in proper condition
• Record production quantities and track work time accurately
• Identify and report defects, malfunctions, or assembly issues

• Prior electronic soldering experience is required
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent manual dexterity and high attention to detail
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and extended periods of sitting or standing
• Must have a pair of CSA‑approved safety shoes
