Your main responsibilities will include applying fiberglass to various products, preparing molds, and conducting inspections for quality assurance. Successful candidates will demonstrate respect for safety protocols and possess excellent teamwork skills while also being self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply fiberglass using specialized laminating equipment

• Assemble and inspect finished fiberglass products

• Read production drawings and prepare necessary molds

• Conduct inspections and repairs on fiberglass items

• Use hand tools and spray equipment effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in fiberglass laminating

• Experience with fiberglass spray tools is a must

• Know-how in woodworking and forklift operation preferred

• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills

• Must be able to handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
