Position: Full-Time Research Associate

As a Research Associate, you will engage with cross-functional teams to advance biotechnology efforts. This full-time on-site position emphasizes laboratory operations, manufacturing process optimization, and meticulous documentation. You will contribute directly to the creation of high-performance biofibers that drive industry solutions and enhance tissue engineering applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute laboratory experiments per project objectives

• Prepare and characterize biomaterials and research samples

• Support manufacturing process development and optimization

• Perform mechanical testing of materials for analysis

• Maintain detailed and accurate laboratory documentation

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of laboratory experience in related settings

• Proven ability to document laboratory experiments and results

• Familiarity with biomaterials or related fields preferred

• Experience with in a Quality Management System is a plus

• Proficiency in data analysis and experimental summaries
