We are seeking an energetic and customer‑focused Store Manager to lead our new Mic Mac Mall location. The Store Manager will drive sales, maintain visual standards, and develop high‑performing teams.

• Motivate the sales team to exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Identify and implement improvements in store strategy while upholding company standards.
• Build a community culture through strong customer rapport and exceptional service.
• Set weekly schedules, delegate tasks, and manage daily operations.
• Increase sales via effective inventory management, merchandising, and analysis of in‑store opportunities.
• Handle end‑to‑end e‑commerce sales in‑store (processing, picking, packing, shipping).
• Reduce shrinkage by researching inventory discrepancies and resolving issues.
• Manage weekly bank deposits, store expenses, and bi‑weekly payroll.
• Develop a talent pipeline, train new and promoted staff, and host local events.
• Ensure visual presentation aligns with Merchandise team standards.

• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and team‑building background.
• Ability to make business‑critical decisions confidently.
• Enthusiast of fashion, sportswear, or footwear.
• Excellent multitasking, time‑management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in data analysis and building Excel reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in iOS‑based programs and other MS Office applications.
